1、 Product overview:

HC-406 color super elastic waterproof coating for home decoration is a two-component polymer modified cement-based waterproof coating made of imported lotion and scientific proportion. It is rich in more than ten kinds of imported auxiliaries and active substances, such as acrylate, thixotropic wetting agent and early strength agent. Its coating layer has strong anti-permeability, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and other functions, and its active ingredients can seep into the depth of the base layer with water to form stable crystals insoluble in water, thus playing a three-dimensional waterproof effect from the surface to the inside. The waterproof construction has smooth operation, good flexibility and high aging resistance.

3、 Scope of application:

1. Key waterproof and impermeable parts of toilet, kitchen and balcony in home decoration project.

2. The waterproofing of buildings that may have slight vibration and the waterproof reinforcement treatment of the periphery of pipe orifice, concrete post-pouring belt interface, joint or expansion joint, etc.

4、 Base treatment

1. The base surface shall be firm, flat, free of dust, oil, droppings and other loose animals.

2. Honeycombs, holes, cracks, etc. on the base surface shall be filled and leveled with Hanchen quick-setting plugging king, sharp edges and bumps shall be removed, and internal and external corners and other nodes shall be made into circular arcs (internal corner R ＞ 50mm, external corner R ＞ 10mm).

3. Before construction, the base surface shall be fully wetted with water (but there shall be no open water)

5、 Construction usage

1. Mixing of ingredients: slowly pour the powder into the matching lotion, mix with an electric mixer while pouring, fully mix for 3~5 minutes until a uniform slurry without powder is formed, leave it for 10 minutes to fully mature the slurry, and then mix for 2 minutes. The mixed slurry shall be used up within 45 minutes.

2. Detailed node reinforcement treatment: glass fiber gridding cloth or non-woven fabric is recommended to be used for reinforcement treatment of large gaps and easily deformed cracks

3. Large-area and multi-pass painting: use a brown brush to evenly paint the slurry on the base surface that is fully wet but free of open water, and pay attention to avoid omission. After the previous coating has solidified and produced sufficient strength, the next layer can be constructed (the total thickness is more than 1mm). If there is still a finishing layer on the surface, it is suggested that the last coat should be brushed with a brown brush for horizontal wire drawing to improve the adhesion. The direction of each layer shall be perpendicular to each other.

4. Water storage test: generally, the water storage (rain) test can be carried out on the waterproof layer of the toilet within 36 hours in summer and 72 hours in winter. The floor drain shall be sealed with a plastic bag filled with sand or sealed with a professional plug, and then 3 cm of clean water shall be injected into the room, subject to the submerging of the pipe root and the wall corner. It is qualified if there is no water leakage in the floor drain for 24 hours and there is no tide mark on the lower floor of the room where the water is stored.

1. Construction temperature: 5~35 ℃

2. Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place, and the temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃

3. Reference dosage: theoretical dosage 1, 5-2, 5 kg/m2
