1、 Product characteristics: HC-102 lotion ceramic tile back adhesive is a kind of one component liquid ceramic tile back adhesive, which is carefully developed by adding various additives to imported high-quality polymer lotion. This product is specially used for the back treatment of common ceramic tile, vitrified tile and low water absorption hard tile, effectively improving the bonding strength between the tile and the bonding material, and solving the common problems such as hollowing and falling off in the process of ceramic tile bonding. It has super adhesive force, strong water resistance and corrosion resistance, convenient construction, green environmental protection and other properties.

2、 Construction method: Brush or roll this product on the back of ceramic tile, mosaic, marble and artificial stone, and then apply cement mortar or ceramic tile adhesive after the coating film becomes transparent. For outdoor construction, ceramic tile adhesive must be used as the bonding material to prevent the hollowing and falling of ceramic tile due to the difference of shrinkage stress between ceramic tile and bonding material caused by large outdoor temperature difference.

3、 Reference dosage: 12 square meters per kilogram of theoretical coating area.

4、 Precautions:

1. The construction temperature is 5-38 ℃.

2. Keep the surface to be bonded clean and dry, and avoid working in rainy days.

3. Avoid glue water hanging on the front of the adhesive, which is difficult to clean.

4. No need to add water. Open the bucket and mix evenly before use.

5、 Storage method: This product is non-hazardous. It is non-toxic and harmless, and can be transported safely. Store in a dry and cool place, and the shelf life is not opened for 18 months.
