Product overview:

Hanchen adhesive is a reinforced organic modified cement-based adhesive material. It is mainly made of imported polymer rubber powder, high-quality cement, special quartz sand and multi-functional additives in a certain proportion. The product is simple in construction, with super strong adhesion and weather resistance.

Scope of application:

1. It is applicable to the pasting of various sizes of ceramic tiles with water absorption greater than 6%.

2. Suitable for indoor and outdoor cement mortar, concrete, clay brick, aerated brick and other wall and ground substrates

Construction method

1. Base course treatment: the base course shall be solid and flat without floating ash, soft layer and oil stain, and large holes shall be repaired in advance.

2. Slurry configuration: slowly add a certain amount of ceramic tile adhesive into the water, and control the amount of water to about 20% - 30%. Stir it to the appropriate consistency while adding it. After standing for 10 minutes, stir it evenly and then use it. Note that when configuring the slurry, do not configure too much at one time, and it is better to use it before the initial setting (about 5 hours).

3. Tile bonding: apply the mixed slurry on the base surface with a tooth-shaped trowel to make it evenly distributed and combed into stripes, so as to eliminate the air. Scrape a thin layer of slurry on the back of the ceramic tile, and bond the ceramic tile on the base surface before the base slurry is dry. Pay attention to that the entire back of the ceramic tile is completely sealed with the ceramic tile adhesive without leaving any gaps. Generally, it is not necessary to soak and pre-wet the ceramic tile before bonding, but only to clean the surface of the ceramic tile. The thickness varies with the brick material. Generally, marble: the binder should be 5-7mm,

Face tile: the adhesive should be 3-4mm, floor tile: the adhesive should be 5-7mm, and the setting time is related to various factors (temperature, dryness). Generally, the initial setting time is 5-6 hours, and the final setting time is 24 hours. The vehicle can only be driven after a week of bonding the square. Do not work when it rains, and the construction temperature should be above 5 ℃.

The anti-freezing type of this product shall be used to paste ceramic tiles below 0 ℃
