Hanchen concrete interface treatment agent

1、 Product Overview

Hanchen concrete interface treatment agent is a kind of lotion type interface treatment material elaborately developed from permeable polymer lotion with various functional additives. It is used for concrete interface treatment to increase interface compactness, reduce water absorption, and improve the adhesion of waterproof materials and concrete base. Solve the problems such as difficulty in plastering smooth concrete or aerated concrete with large water absorption, hollowing, cracking and falling of plastering layer between connecting layers.

2、 Scope of application

1. It is used for the treatment of concrete base surface to increase the compactness of base surface, reduce water absorption, and improve the adhesion of waterproof materials.

2. It is used for moistureproof of the wall, which can avoid deformation and mildew caused by moisture erosion of wallpaper.

3. It is used for hardening treatment of cement base surface in the early stage of home decoration or engineering decoration, and can effectively improve the quality of putty or ceramic tile.

4. Add cement mortar instead of traditional building glue to improve the water retention and adhesion of cement mortar.

3、 Base surface requirements

All base surfaces shall be free of dust, grease, paint and other loose animals.

4、 Usage

1. Painting:

Use a brush or roller to evenly brush the concrete or other surfaces to enhance the adhesion between self-leveling and the base surface and reduce the water absorption of the base surface.

2. Cement mortar interface treatment agent:

A part of cement is mixed with diluted 1:1 (interface agent: water) diluent, and evenly coated on the ground or wall to form a 1~2mm cement interface treatment layer.

3. Additives for cement plaster layer:

Thin cushion: one part of cement and one part of fine sand, and then mixed with diluted interface agent (interface agent: water=1:1).

Thick cushion: one part of cement is mixed with three parts of fine sand, and then mixed with diluted interface agent (interface agent: water=1:1).

5、 Precautions

1. The construction temperature is above 5 ℃, and the theoretical drying time is 1 hour.

2. It is forbidden to mix with other preparations.

3. Do not dilute with excessive water to avoid affecting the efficacy.
