1、 Product introduction:

HC-900 liquid waterproof coiled material is a one-component water-based environmental protection product. The product contains high polymer, high solid content, fast drying speed, strong adhesion with the concrete base. After drying, it forms a high elastic waterproof film. The waterproof film has the effect similar to rubber coiled material, and has excellent bonding performance, excellent low temperature flexibility and high temperature sagging resistance.

2、 Product performance:

4、 Construction method:

1. The base surface shall be cleaned and the bulged areas shall be removed to ensure that the base surface is clean; The hollowing and uneven places shall be repaired with the Hanchen plugging king;

2. Conduct interface treatment on the repaired base surface, roll coating or spray with Hanchen interface treatment agent or solid sand, and ensure that the base surface is firm and free of dust;

3. The liquid waterproof coiled material can be applied with the construction process of roller coating or spraying, and the film can be formed in two times. Each construction shall be carried out after the surface of the previous construction film is dry and not sticky, and the coating shall be applied vertically and crosswise to prevent leakage. For special parts, internal and external corners, gutters, water pipes and other places, grid cloth can be laid on the first surface for strengthening treatment;

4. The construction of the protective layer shall be carried out after the film of the liquid waterproof coiled material is dried, and the surface shall be covered with protective treatment. The protective layer of cement mortar can be directly coated, or the special weatherproof protective layer coating can be used.

5、 Shelf life: It should be stored under sealed and dry conditions. The shelf life is 1 year.
