1、 Product introduction:

Hanchen delayed plugging king is a powdery waterproof plugging material made by special process with high-strength sulphoaluminate cement as the main material and a series of additives such as waterproof, impermeable and crack resistant. 4、 Usage

◆ Material mixing: determine the approximate amount and sectional construction scheme according to the repair scope. Do not mix too many materials at one time to avoid hardening waste. The water consumption shall be adjusted according to the water seepage, water pressure and base surface conditions. It is recommended to mix according to the weight ratio of powder: water=1:0.4. If there is no water for repair or fixation, the water consumption can be appropriately increased to adjust it into a sticky shape for easy operation. Hot water seasoning is recommended in winter to accelerate solidification. ◆ Plugging: clean the base surface cracks and holes to be treated, and water them. After evenly mixing, the plugging agent shall be poured into the cleaned crack or groove, and squeezed and smoothed around. Start from the end with small water volume (generally at the upper part), move forward step by step, and plug it with brush slurry according to the crack depth and base surface characteristics. The treated base surface shall be solid, flat and smooth. ◆ Maintenance: In dry environment, after the initial setting of the plugging king, it is generally sufficient to spray water for maintenance more than two times after half an hour of construction.

5、 Transportation and storage

◆ The product shall be transported according to the general mode of transportation, and rain and package damage shall be prevented during transportation. Strictly prevent moisture during storage. ◆ Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product storage period is one year.
